Nicole brings over 16 years of legal expertise to the firm. She began her career at Derek Cutting & Co and obtained her legal executive qualifications in 2006. She maintains membership with Legal Executives of New Zealand.
Her practice focuses on residential conveyancing and commercial property work, including sales and purchases, commercial leasing, subdivisions, property development projects, and associated financing matters. She particularly values the dynamic nature of transaction work.
Following her qualification, Nicole worked at boutique property and general practice firms in Auckland’s central business district before joining Lockhart Legal.
